Warmth and Wellness Massage Therapy
Privacy Policy
At Warmth and Wellness Massage Therapy, we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept secure. Below is a summary of how we collect, use, and protect your data when you agree to receive SMS notifications and book services.
Purpose of SMS Notifications
By completing your booking or providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications related to your scheduled appointment. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations/rescheduling, and important updates.
Data Use and Protection
Your contact information will be stored securely and never shared with third parties.
We use your information solely to manage appointment-related communications.
Right to Revoke Consent
You can opt out of SMS notifications anytime by replying “STOP” to any message
or by contacting us at tpittard9413@gmail.com or calling 318-737-0033.
How We Collect Consent
By submitting your contact details during booking, you give explicit consent to receive SMS messages.
This is part of our checkout process. Changes to preferences will be communicated as needed.
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically.
Continued use of our services implies acceptance of those changes.
Client Identification & Privacy
As part of our safety standards, all new clients are required to present a valid,
government-issued photo I.D. before their first session.
This measure helps confirm legal age, prevent fraudulent bookings,
and maintain a secure environment for both client and therapist.
All I.D. files are stored securely within our booking platform, accessible only to authorized personnel.
We do not share, sell, or distribute identification data except as required by law.
Submission of your I.D. signifies agreement to this policy.
Client Policies
To ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for all clients,
the following policies are enforced without exception:
New Client Policy
All new clients must present a valid photo I.D. before their first session.
Services will not be scheduled without I.D. verification.
Hygiene
Clients are expected to shower before their appointment to minimize body odor,
excessive sweating, and dead skin buildup.
Please do not smoke before your session. Arriving with noticeable cigarette smoke residue may result in being turned away, and your deposit will be forfeited to protect the health of all clients and the practitioner.
Arrival Time
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for intake, restroom use, or questions.
This ensures you receive your full hands-on time.
Clothing
Wear clothing that is easy to remove and put on (e.g., athletic wear, loose dresses).
Please avoid restrictive garments such as corsets or body shapers.
Jewelry & Accessories
Remove all jewelry before your session to ensure comfort and prevent breakage.
Disrobing
Disrobe only for the areas you'd like worked on. If you'd like shoulder or back work,
please remove your bra to avoid oil staining and obstruction.
Underwear is optional—glute work is done professionally without undraping.
Professional Boundaries
Do not disrobe in front of the therapist. Wait until after the intake is complete
and the therapist has stepped out to wash hands. Always get under the sheet privately.
Draping Policy
Clients must remain fully draped at all times. Any attempt to undrape yourself will result in immediate termination of the session, full session charge, and permanent removal from client eligibility.
Inappropriate Conduct
The therapist does not and will not touch, view, or treat genital or inner thigh areas. Any sexual advances, comments, or attempts to touch the therapist will end the session immediately, result in full payment being charged, and may be reported to authorities. You will be permanently banned from booking.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will require a new deposit and be treated as a new booking.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
