Massage Therapy

Please take the time to thoroughly read over these terms of services. They will help you understand the rules set in place for clients, what to expect during your service, and how to best prepare before your appointment.

New Client Policy: I.D. Required

For the safety of both clients and therapist, all new clients must provide a valid photo I.D. before their first session. This helps confirm legal age, prevent fraudulent bookings, and maintain a safe, professional environment. I.D.s will be securely stored in your client file. Services will not be scheduled without I.D. verification.

Hygiene: Before you arrive for your appointment, please shower to prevent any unwanted odors, sweating, and excessive dead skin. This will help ensure that your appointment is as enjoyable as possible.

Arrival: Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time to use the restroom or ask any questions you may have, as well as for the intake process. This will help ensure that you receive your full hands-on time for your appointment.

Clothing: Wear something comfortable and easy to remove/put on. A good example would be athletic wear or a flowing dress. Please do not come dressed in items such as a corset or body shaper that are difficult to remove or put on.

Jewelry and Accessory Removal: Please remove any jewelry before your massage session to ensure your comfort and allow for a thorough treatment. This also helps prevent jewelry from getting broken during the session.

Disrobing: Please take off any clothing where you wish to be worked on. If you want your shoulders and back worked on, please remove your bra to prevent oils from ruining the fabric and so they do not get in the way. Underwear is optional as the therapist will not undrape glutes while working on them.

Professional Boundaries: Do not disrobe in front of your therapist during the intake process. This can make the therapist feel uncomfortable. It is best to disrobe and get under the sheets after the intake is complete, while the therapist washes their hands.

Draping Policy: The client MUST remain draped under the sheet while on the table. Any attempt to undrape the body will result in the immediate end of the massage session. You will be charged for the full session and blacklisted from further appointments.

Inappropriate Conduct: The therapist does not and will not touch, look at, or massage any genital or inner thigh areas. Any suggestive language, attempts to touch/grab the therapist, or sexual solicitation will result in an immediate end to the session. You will be charged in full, blacklisted from returning, and a police report will be filed if necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service fee is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a new appointment, requiring another 30% deposit.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
